Refund policy

OUR POLICY: 

• Items purchased through our website MUST be returned within 15 days after purchase for a refund.

RETURNS:

• Please fill the RETURN FORM below.

• Ship the form, receipt & product to our address.

• Once received, the product must be in like new condition with no visible wear and with tags attached.
• Item cannot be laundered. 
• Only when this criteria is met a refund will be issued.

EXCHANGES:

• If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning you original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.

OBSERVATIONS:

• Customer is responsible for all shipment fees and they are not refundable.

• Returns may take 7-10 days to process.

• Undergarments MUST be worn when trying on any of the products.

• Products that are worn, laundered or damaged in any way will not be accepted or refunded. 
• If a product is not re-sellable, it will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Please keep in mind that Furlan Dancewear reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange of any items that do not meet the listed criteria.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

• International costumers are responsible for any additional shipping costs as well as any taxes and/or duties related to your order.

All sale items are FINAL.
